Skilled Fishmonger

One of Glasgow’s most well-loved Fishmongers is looking for a Skilled Fishmonger with a passion for precision and excellence to contribute to its legacy of delivering premium seafood to Scotland’s finest establishments.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Shift Hours: Varying start times, typically 01:00-03:00, for 8-hour shifts

What you’ll be doing as Skilled Fishmonger:

• Filleting various types of fish according to customer specifications
• Packing products for dispatch with a keen eye for detail
• Handling high volumes of products, showcasing excellent knife skills
• Ensuring product quality and meeting our high standards

We’re looking for a Skilled Fishmonger with previous butchering experience.

In return, you will receive a salary of £15.00 per hour, which is negotiable depending on your expertise.
