Skilled Labourer/ Handy Person

Key Responsibilities:

General maintenance around site(tenanted properties), supporting all trades across various internal responsive repair works.
Basic joinery including, repairs or replacements of doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms.
Basic Plumbing including repairing or replacing taps, basins, baths, shower trays/heads, sanitary ware.
Basic patch plastering.
Basic painting and decorating Requirements:

This role will require a full UK Driving Licence.
This role will require a full DBS check to be taken.
