Job Title: Skilled Labourer
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £130 per day (£16.25 per hour, based on an 8-hour day)

Job Description
We are looking for 2 Skilled Labourers to join a nursery school refurbishment project in Birmingham with an immediate start.
Duties will include:
- Rip out of existing bathrooms
- Lifting and removing vinyl flooring
- General strip-out works
- Assisting carpenters and other trades
- Moving materials around site
- General site labouring and keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous refurbishment or construction site experience
- Own PPE (Safety Boots, Hi-Vis, Gloves and Safety Goggles)
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to start immediately
