Skilled Labourers & Multi-Skilled Operatives

Job Description

We're looking for 2 Skilled Labourers and 1 Multi-Skilled Operative (Carpentry) to join a nursery school refurbishment project in Birmingham, starting tomorrow.

This role will involve assisting with a full refurbishment, including:

• Rip out of existing bathrooms


• Lifting vinyl flooring


• Stud wall installation


• Basic plumbing alterations (minor pipework)


• General site labouring


• Plastering and skimming


• Assisting trades as required

Please note: Electrical and main plumbing works are being carried out by specialist subcontractors.

Requirements

• Previous refurbishment experience


• Own PPE (Safety boots, Hi-Vis, gloves and safety goggles)


• Ability to start immediately


• Reliable and hardworking
