Your responsibilities as Skilled/Primal Butcher

Carry out primal butchery across beef, lamb and pork
Prepare products for retail, catering and foodservice customers
Maintain high standards of product quality, accuracy and presentation
Work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
Follow food safety, hygiene and production procedures
Support production targets while maintaining excellent knife work throughout the shift 
What we're looking for in a Skilled/Primal Butcher

Previous butchery experience within a production environment
Strong knife skills across meat preparation
Experience working with beef, lamb, pork or other meat products
Ability to work accurately in a high-volume processing environment
Eligibility to work and currently reside within the UK 
Working hours: Day shift, 5:00am – 3:00pm. Night shift opportunities are also available with enhanced pay.
