Key Responsibilities:
Mentor learners to achieve program goals.
Facilitate interactive learning sessions.
Customise learning plans for individuals.
Utilise digital technologies for engagement.
Liaise with employers and agencies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

GCSE English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
Level 4+ Law Enforcement qualification.
Level 3 Award in Education & Training or willingness to acquire.
Experience in coaching and digital learning delivery.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
