What’s the job?

Joining us at Hawco Group, within our Skoda branch, as a Trainee Parts Advisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department as well as delivering outstanding customer service every time.

The most important thing is you will be a member of a knowledgeable, driven team that understands what you stand for. With extensive and ongoing training you will continue developing skills and staying up to date with the latest vehicle technology.

Daily responsibilities include;

• Receive and dispatch parts in a timely and professional manner.


• Deal with enquiries, internal and external, either face-to-face or over the phone.


• Source and price parts.


• Work with various online systems.


• Assist with stock management.


• Liaise with other departments within the company.


• Work with a team in a busy environment.

Key attributes and skills you need;

• Previous experience in a Parts or Aftersales environment would be advantageous


• Excellent interpersonal skills with enthusiasm for great customer service


• Has initiative and can self-manage


• Organised and an efficient timekeeper


• Computer and IT literate


• Team-player


• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
