Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Company Van

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Core Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 with Flexi-Time Available

About the Opportunity

Bolt Technical are hiring for a Small Works Engineer to join a growing and established fire, security, and electrical services business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work across a variety of installation and small works projects involving Fire Detection, Security, CCTV, Access Control, and Electrical systems. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality installations and modifications while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out installation, modification, and commissioning work across Fire, Security, CCTV, Access Control, and Electrical systems

* Ensure all work is completed in line with company, client, and industry standards

* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and compliance

* Complete works within agreed timescales, including service and maintenance activities where required

* Accurately complete documentation and support colleagues to ensure successful project delivery

What They're Looking For

* Strong understanding of electrical installation principles

* Experience installing and maintaining at least two of the following: Fire, Fire Suppression, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, or Electrical Systems

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Good communication skills and a commitment to quality and compliance
