Small Works Technical Estimator - Facilities - upto £30,000 + 10% Bonus + Healthcare + Pension
We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for for a Small Works Estimator to work in their head office in North Manchester who will be responsible for pulling together small works quotes/pricing and then following them through with the client and engineering teams
This is an expansion role due to increased national contracts won.
This role will need someone who has costing their clients service and maintenance reactive workload and projects.

This role is a full-time office-based role, not hybrid however there is flexibility on start and finish times, Monday to Friday, no Weekends or evenings required.

Small Works Technical Estimator - Requirements
·Used to working on a busy helpdesk - Desirable
·Scheduling of Engineers workloads - Desirable
·Full Driving Licence - Desirable
·IT Skills and Reporting on CAFM systems - Desirable

This role would suit people who has worked within Facilities Management, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or a Hire organisation or within other similar industries where service engineers extra repairs / small projects works need to be costed / priced and quotes put together and sent for approval by the client. Then scheduled, compleated, closed off and invoiced.
