My client is a well-established building services company looking for an experienced Small Works / Maintenance Manager to join their team.

This is a varied role overseeing a portfolio of small works, reactive maintenance and planned maintenance projects, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team.

The Role

Manage small works and maintenance projects from initial instruction through to completion

*

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and site teams

*

Manage programmes, costs, variations and client expectations

*

Carry out site visits and attend client meetings as required

*

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality

*

Manage quotations, pricing and variations

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships

*

Oversee reactive and planned maintenance works

*

Identify opportunities for additional works and improvements

*

Provide regular project and commercial updates to senior management

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience managing small works, maintenance or building services projects

*

A background within M&E / building services / facilities management

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Experience managing subcontractors and engineers

*

Good commercial awareness

*

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

*

A client-focused approach

*

Full UK driving licence
