SMART Repair & Paint Technician

We're looking for someone who can handle jobs from start to finish, work on their own initiative, and take pride in producing high-quality repairs.

Arden White Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a successful independent automotive business for an experienced SMART Repair & Paint Technician.

Duties include:

Dent repairs
Preparation and masking
Filling and sanding
Priming
Paint spraying
Colour matching and blending
Polishing and finishing
General cosmetic vehicle repairs
Working on everything from high-end performance cars to campervans.  

Typical work:

Bumpers, Wings, Doors
Minor to medium damage repairs to bodywork, alloys etc. 

Not part of the job:

Full vehicle resprays
Weekend work

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous SMART repair, paint spraying or bodyshop experience
Can work independently and manage their own workload
Communication skills 
Takes pride in producing quality work
Is looking for a long-term role
Lives locally to Washington
