Are you an experienced SMART Repair Technician looking for a fresh opportunity in a high-quality, well-equipped body shop?

We’re working with a reputable body shop in Southampton, and they’re currently looking to add a talented SMART Repairer to their team. If you’re confident in carrying out cosmetic repairs to the highest standard and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Carrying out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles, including bumper scuffs, alloy wheels, minor dents, and paintwork

• Performing accurate colour matching and blending

• Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Keeping accurate records of work carried out

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working with the wider team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Cosmetic Repair Technician

• Strong paint and filler skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good time management and a proactive approach to tasks

• ATA accreditation is beneficial but not essential

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
