SMD Machine Operator

We are looking to recruit a Surface Mount Machine Operator to join our department and assist in running our Surface Mount Line.

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing.

·         Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT Printers, Pick and Place Machines, Ovens, AOI equipment.

·         Monitor and maintain equipment to meet company standards.

·         Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

·         Maintain all housekeeping/safety regulations including the handling of hazardous materials.

Skills, Experience and Person Specification

·         Full training will be provided were needed.

·         Experience on SMT, Europlacer pick and place equipment would be an advantage.

·         Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

·         Ability to follow instructions and read diagrams.

·         Decision- making skills.

·         Computer literate.

·         Good manual dexterity.

·         Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
