Document regulatory methodologies and capital treatment of complex structures/ transactions
Review legal documentation for capital sufficiency
Knowledge of the final Basel standards published by the Basel Committee in December 2017 – Basel 3.1
PRA consultation and implementation of Basel 3.1
Advice the business on the appropriate capital treatment for their business/ trades and provide solutions to capital related issues or concerns
