About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Commerce Executive to join our growing social commerce team and help drive the success of Myprotein and Myvitamins on TikTok Shop.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves discovering new creators and trends, and is excited by the fast-moving world of social commerce.

Working closely with the Social Commerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our TikTok Shop activity — from recruiting and managing creators, supporting campaigns and product launches, to tracking performance and identifying opportunities to drive sales.You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full TikTok Shop ecosystem, developing your commercial understanding and progressively taking ownership of creator relationships, activations and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Social Commerce Manager with the day-to-day running of Myprotein and Myvitamins TikTok Shop.


• Assist with creator recruitment, onboarding and relationship management, building strong and lasting partnerships.


• Support creator campaigns from start to finish, including product seeding, campaign briefs, content submissions and promotional activity.


• Help coordinate creator activations around new product launches, key trading moments and TikTok Shop campaigns.


• Track creator activity and performance against agreed targets, helping to identify what's working and where we can improve.


• Monitor key metrics including content performance, sales, traffic, conversion and GMV, using data to identify commercial opportunities.


• Support regular reporting and provide clear, actionable updates on creator and TikTok Shop performance.


• Keep creator records, product information, campaign plans and performance trackers accurate and up to date.


• Build strong relationships with creators, agencies and internal teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.


• Develop a strong understanding of the wider TikTok Shop ecosystem, including products, promotions, content, livestreams, traffic and conversion.


• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, creator behaviours and social commerce developments, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team.


• As you develop, progressively take greater responsibility for managing the creator roster, activations and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about TikTok, creators, social media and e-commerce, with a genuine interest in how people discover and buy products through social platforms.


• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• A confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.


• Commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets and using performance data to make decisions.


• Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with the drive to stay ahead of an evolving social commerce landscape.


• Comfortable working across multiple brands, campaigns and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.


• A natural team player who isn't afraid to get stuck in and take ownership.
