Location: Warrington (Office-based, 4 days a week)
Salary: £30,000–£37,000

Are you a content-obsessed creative with a passion for fitness, food, and performance? We’re hiring a Social/Content Manager to join our growing team in Warrington.

This is a brand-new role with one of the UK’s most exciting sports nutrition and meal prep brands — ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to shoot standout content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As Social/Content Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering a content calendar across Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok.
• Creating engaging content that drives reach, engagement and conversions.
• Capturing and editing photo and video content for campaigns, social posts, and product launches.
• Working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand goals and strategy.
• Tracking trends and bringing creative, fresh ideas to the table consistently.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and channel management.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Meta platforms — what works, what doesn’t, and why.
• Camera confidence – experience in shooting and editing both video and photography content.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset and ability to work independently.
• A genuine interest in fitness, health, or sports nutrition (ideal but not essential).

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (targeting around £35,000 depending on experience)
• 4-day in-office working week (Monday–Thursday in Warrington)
