Ready to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding production team?

We’re on the hunt for a Social Content Producer and Food Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Production team. As a social agency, no day is the same. You’ve probably read ‘fast-paced’ a lot on these job boards, but we’re about to say it again: it’s a fast-paced environment, but that also means faster learning, more experiences and quicker development. We genuinely want to help you progress as much as you want to.

We can truly say no day will be the same as a Social Content Producer at Spin: from running around supermarkets filming for clients, browsing TikTok for inspiration, creating storyboards for adverts, to editing your creations. The job role is unbelievably diverse and we can promise you’ll never be twiddling your thumbs!

Here’s what you’ll be doing...
Creating video content for food clients across multiple industries that will be used for marketing purposes across relevant social channels: TikTok, Paid Advertising and Instagram.
Producing shoots: creating call sheets, liaising with food stylists, booking appropriate studios and sourcing props for shoots etc whilst sticking to a specific budget.
Filming and cooking multiple recipes in a day,
Managing photoshoots from ideation through to execution. Directing the photographer and working with clients on shoot days.
Editing the videos you’ve captured, ready to be posted on multiple social media pages.
Elevating briefs on behalf of account managers: adding in recipe tweaks and additional shots to bring the footage to life.
Liaising with different team members across a variety of departments to identify high-performing content for their clients.
Help train team members in the art of video production of food content.
Ensuring you have all the correct equipment you need to create as many quality assets as possible per week.
Help manage Spin’s TikTok account and create content for the agency.
Discovering trends and keeping on top of reactive content to ensure we are at the forefront of our client's social media platforms as well as our own.

Here’s what we need from you...
A creative mindset with the ability to apply that creativity to social media marketing.
A love for food and cooking, to be reflected in the content you create.
Be confident in front of the camera appearing as the talent on certain projects.
An avid TikTok & Instagram user with an awareness of social media trends and an understanding of the wider marketing world.
2-3 years minimum experience with video, filming through mobile and cameras: content creation across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
Video-editing skills, with Adobe Premiere pro and capcut. After Effects is a bonus.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about styling and set design: ability to style products and props effectively.
Ability to effectively light product & people for both video & photography
Strong photography skills to create thumb-stopping UGC.
Strong initiative, with the ability to foresee problems and find solutions before they become major issues.
Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
