Social Creative

A fast-growing digital team is looking for a Social Creative with a strong track record of producing scroll-stopping, short-form video content - someone who can take ideas from concept to camera, and from edit to performance analysis.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll lead content creation across TikTok and Instagram Reels. You'll be the sole content creator on the team, collaborating with an in-house designer (so no design skills required), and supported by a tight-knit, startup-style team culture.

• Own the content process end-to-end: concepting, filming, editing, and performance tracking

• Lead creative execution for TikTok and Reels

• Film on location (primarily London-based real estate properties)

• Stay on top of platform trends and translate them into brand-relevant content

• Occasionally work directly with clients and talent on set

• Use performance data to refine creative strategies and drive results

• Proven experience delivering standout short-form content (TikTok/IG Reels)

• Confident filming and editing independently (must)

• Sharp creative thinking - always full of fresh, out-of-the-box ideas

• In tune with TikTok and Instagram culture and able to apply trends to brand content

• Strategic mindset - understands how to interpret data and apply learnings

• Comfortable being on-site and client-facing when needed

• Agency background is a plus, but we're also open to creators and freelancers with strong portfolios

• Must be available immediately or with short notice

• £1,000 annual training budget (post-probation)

• Creative freedom to shape content direction from the ground up

• Supportive, close-knit team with a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture

• Hybrid working with frequent on-location shoots in London

• We're aiming to start interviews ASAP
