Social Housing Electrician

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join a busy compliance and maintenance team covering Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton.

The Role

* Carry out electrical testing, repairs and maintenance in residential properties

* Complete responsive repairs and planned works

* Work in line with BS7671, health & safety requirements and company procedures

* Complete inspection sheets, minor works and installation certificates

* Identify and requisition materials required for works

* Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

* 18th Edition (BS7671)

* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing

* Previous residential/housing experience preferred

* Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
