Job Description - Social Housing Solicitor

Our client is a top 200 law firm, looking for Housing Solicitor/ Supervisor to join their office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of all aspects of social housing including Homelessness, Disrepair; Eviction, Possession, Property Ownership Disputes, Succession for Tenants, and Neighbourhood Problems matters
Undertaking own advocacy
Attending to clients
Reporting directly to Department Director
Supervising junior members of team

The Ideal Candidate

A qualified Solicitor with experience in Social Housing (ideally 3 years PQE plus)
Previous supervisory experience
Advocacy experience
Excellent networking skills
Excellent IT and communication skills
