About the Role

At Müller Yogurts & Desserts, we believe our brands should do more than show up in people’s fridges. They should show up in conversations, communities and culture too.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Brand Manager to bring our brands to life across social media, creating conversations people want to join and content they want to share.

Joining us as we grow our in-house social media capability, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our social presence, building meaningful connections with consumers and helping our brands earn their place in culture.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves social media. You’ll enjoy spotting emerging trends, understanding what gets people talking and be just as excited by audience insights as you are by engaging content.

Working closely with our Social, Digital and Brand teams, alongside agency partners, you’ll help shape how our brands show up across social media.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social media channels, working with internal teams and agency partners.


• Work closely with the Brand teams and agency partners to brief, review and optimise social-first content.


• Identify opportunities for reactive and cultural content, helping our brands join conversations authentically.


• Champion the voice of Müller across our social channels, helping turn audiences into communities and followers into fans.


• Lead community management and social listening activity, helping consumers feel heard, valued and engaged.


• Turn conversations, comments and trends into useful audience insights that inform future content, campaigns and brand experiences.


• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for our brands to differentiate and stand out.


• Track content, channel and campaign performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Work with agency and media partners to develop reporting, dashboards and clear, actionable recommendations.


• Bring a social-first perspective to campaigns, partnerships and wider brand plans, while keeping teams informed of emerging trends, platform developments and social best practice.

What We’re Looking For

This role could be a great fit for someone from an agency background looking to move in-house, or an experienced Community Manager ready for greater ownership and influence.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong, demonstrable experience managing brands across social media, with particular experience in community management. Agency experience would be advantageous and FMCG experience beneficial.


• A strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, alongside an interest in emerging channels.


• Strong knowledge of social media performance metrics and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and actions.


• Experience using social listening, analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of Brandwatch would be an advantage.


• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style across different brands, audiences and platforms.


• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners.


• A genuine interest in culture, consumer behaviour and the trends that capture people’s attention.

You’ll be naturally curious about people, creative and comfortable using data to inform your decisions.

You’ll also be collaborative, proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
