Our client, a buzzing and premium business in the education industry based in Cowley, Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Social Media & Content Manager.

The business has been highly successful, having doubled in size last year and the year before. They are now seeking a motivated and creative individual to join at this exciting time in the business.

The Social Media & Content Manager will be a dynamic creative, who will own and grow our clients digital presence. You’ll plan, create, film, edit and design content to assist with the extraordinary growth of this business.

The Role

• Develop, schedule and manage social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
• Be on camera: record reels, live Q&A’s, behind the scenes clips and events coverage
• Edit high-quality short-form videos
• Design compelling graphics and Carousel Posts
• Write engaging captions, stories and converting calls-to-action
• Analyse and report on engagement and conversion
• Showcase success stories

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Graphic design skills for social posts and promotional assets (Canva, Photoshop, illustrator)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Up-to-date with the latest social trends, audio, hashtags and viral content
• Organised and able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation
