The Role

As a Social Media & Content Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and growing a specialist desk focused on recruiting professionals across:

Social Media Management
Content Marketing
Content Creation
Influencer Marketing
Community Management
Creator Partnerships
Copywriting
Digital Content Strategy
Creative and Editorial Roles
You'll work closely with clients and candidates, providing market expertise and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions while building a strong network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to placement.
Building long-term relationships with leading brands, agencies and digital businesses.
Identifying, engaging and attracting high-calibre social media and content talent.
Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Becoming a trusted advisor on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies.
Building your personal brand through networking, market insights and content creation.
Collaborating with colleagues across specialist markets to maximise opportunities.
Attending social media and Networking events.
About You

Passionate about social media, content and digital marketing.
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
2 years recruitment experience and either a massive interest in this area or ideally exposure to filling similar roles.
Naturally curious about industry trends and emerging platforms.
