A rare opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Digital Executive. This is a very varied role which covers all aspects of Marketing & Social Media within an award winning Chelmsford based estate agency.

This is a very varied role which covers all aspects of marketing. You will be responsible for but not limited to evolving our profile on social media, combined with execution of email marketing campaigns, updating content on websites as well as supporting key company events.

You will be monitoring social media channels, track performance metrics, and analyse data to produce reports that will optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement as well as creating original content for web pages and blog posts

For this role, you will need to be out going, creative, passionate and energetic as well as having experience in a similar role.

Skills: The skills required for this Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive role will include:

• Experience in a marketing or social media role
• Experience in property marketing
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Work under pressure and stick to deadlines
