We’re looking for a Digital Expert to lead the charge on our off-site digital marketing strategy. If you’re a creative powerhouse with a strategic mind and a passion for social media, influencers, and brand partnerships, this is your moment.

The Role;
What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind digital presence, owning and executing strategies across:

• Organic Social Media – Lead strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Paid Social Campaigns – Manage our media agency and optimise campaigns to deliver results.
• Influencer & UGC Marketing – Build and nurture relationships with creators to amplify our brand.
• Brand Partnerships – Identify and activate exciting collaborations that align with our values.
• Campaign Project Management – Coordinate go-to-market activity for product launches and integrated campaigns.
• Execution - A well-rounded approach where you are familiar with working not only on strategy, but BAU execution.
• Brand Strategy - Further developing and nurturing the brand identity on-line and across all partnerships.

The Candidate;
What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience growing a consumer brand’s social media presence.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and a creative eye for what works.
• Experience managing influencers, UGC creators, and brand partnerships.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable.

Desirable:

• Experience with GA4, Shopify, PPC, and Klear.
