Social Media & Community Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our growing Hello Klean team on a full-time basis.

We have sold over 300,000 products and were featured on BBC Dragons’ Den in 2023.
We’ve achieved 600% growth in 2023 and are on track to becoming a £100m global beauty brand.

WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a driven Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will focus on creating social content that tells our brand story, engaging with our community and supporting our UGC and influencer partnerships. This role will report into the Senior Brand Executive and the ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years experience in social media with a strong understanding of social media platforms and UGC/influencer marketing strategies.

YOUR ROLE BREAKDOWN

Social Media & Content Creation
Execute the organic social media strategy, ensuring that all content is prepared and approved efficiently and in line with brand guidelines.
Develop engaging and educational content that aligns with our brand’s goals and targets our global audiences across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with the brand team to create content such as imagery, video (IG Reels/TikTok), educational infographics and re-edits of UGC creatives.
Day to day management of social media channels (responding to comments and DMs with the aim of growing engagement).
Updating the social content calendar.
Monitor and analyse social media performance to drive engagement.

Partnerships: Influencer, UGC and Brand
Maintaining and building relationships with existing UGC creators and influencers.
Maintaining the UGC/Influencer database and tracking UGC and influencer content.
Create briefs and scripts for UGC and influencer campaigns.
Able to provide concise feedback to creators.
Support with influencer seeding.
Support with brand moments such as capturing social content for retail launch initiatives, activations and events.

Community Management
Respond to comments, and keep the community active.
Relay communication to the team on customer feedback.
Use insight from community and customer engagement to drive social media content.
Grow and nurture relationships with influencers, customers and affiliates to build the Hello Klean community.

REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of social media experience within a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills. It’s a fast moving startup environment, and timely communication is key.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Familiarity using social media management tools such as Later and Archive.
Familiarity with video editing software such as Premier Pro and CapCut.
Comfortable with creating content/editing videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Efficient and consistent. You are someone who can deliver content edits quickly, without compromising on quality.
Strong organisational skills.
Passionate about the beauty industry.
