Social Media Content Creator

Our client a successful and growing business are looking to recruit a social media and Content Executive on a fulltime permanent basis. Working in an established Marketing team you will drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic social media activity and high-quality content. You will also manage social channels, create compelling content and support the broader marketing strategy.

Job Role of social media and Content executive

• Manage day-to-day activity across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube & TikTok)
• Plan and schedule engaging, on-brand content using scheduling tools.
• Monitor and respond to social engagement to build brand trust and community
• Track analytics and performance metrics to report on ROI and optimise activity
• Assist with paid social campaigns by providing copy, visuals, and audience insights.
• Design & execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, product prioritisation and target audience.
• Drive the execution of content strategies and campaigns across digital channels ensuring seamless integration of website, social media, email marketing and more.
• Support content production such as photography, service messaging and customer testimonials.
• Develop and refine the content strategy to strengthen customer engagement, retention and acquisition, working closely with the Customer team.
• Enhance and develop a wide range of content
• Analyse content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for future initiatives.

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role and have exposure to graphic design as well as photography and you be able to demonstrate your skills/ability at interview through examples fo work.

The company offer a salary of up to £35,000 and this role is 100% site based.
