As a company, we are passionate about creating a community around our brands and are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to help us bring our story to life online.

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both fitness and coffee, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling. 

You will be responsible for creating engaging content that highlights the unique aspects of our gym and coffee shop, fosters community and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) for our social media platforms.
• Showcase key individuals within the business through regular video content.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with different team members to ensure content reflects our brand’s voice and values.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in social media platforms and tools.

• Experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role and/ or a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness and coffee, with a deep understanding of the lifestyle and culture surrounding these sectors.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics.
• Willing to work some weekends, evenings and holidays with some early starts and late finishes.

Location - Haywards Heath, West Sussex (UK)

Hours - Full-time, 45 hours per week

Starting Salary - £22,000 - £30,000
