Social Media & Content Executive

We are looking for a passionate social media and content executive with excellent copywriting skills who has a hunger to create engaging written and visual stories.

As our

Social & Content Executive

, you’ll play an important role in the execution of our content and social strategy and the growth of our brand presence. You’ll thrive working in a small team and start-up culture and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The role reports to the SEO & Digital PR Manager and includes the following:

Help develop and manage our social media strategy and content calendar to enhance our brand visibility and engagement

.
Manage, plan, and execute all content – website, blogs, emails, and social
Community management and engagement lead
Write all content – from adverts and product descriptions to blogs and social media captions.
Manage all social and email campaigns and brand partnerships
Work with an in-house content creator to build a pipeline of content ideas and implement them across platforms.

Experience – essential
3 years of social media and content experience with 6 –12 months of TikTok experience

– a focus on interiors beneficial not essential
Self-starter who has experience working in fast-paced start-up environments who can pivot focus at ease
Demonstrable success in developing and implementing social media strategies that have driven significant engagement and growth
Instinct for viral content, social media trends, and understanding algorithms
Strong knowledge of social tre..nds, specifically TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple use cases simultaneously
Have a strong bias for action and the ability to get things done
Data-driven mindset to optimise social, email, and blog content
A data-driven mindset to social and

content strategy, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Basic understanding of Content SEO
Bachelor’s Degree
