Social Media Executive

A fast-growing retail-led business with a diverse portfolio of wellness, lifestyle, and consumer brands is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join their expanding digital team.

You’ll manage organic social media for several exciting brands, including a heritage favourite, a wellness disruptor, and a newly launched concept, with full ownership from planning through to content creation, engagement, and reporting.

This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone excited to shape strategy and execution across a wide variety of channels, audiences, and content types.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and grow organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Lead day-to-day posting, community engagement, and content planning across multiple brands
Collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and influencers to deliver standout campaigns
Get involved in TikTok content, including trends, lives, and being on camera (if you're up for it!)
Stay plugged into social trends, platform changes, and audience behaviours
Report on performance and help evolve the content strategy based on insights

? What They’re Looking For:
A few years’ experience in organic social media, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands
Strong writing, creative thinking, and organisation skills
Comfortable juggling multiple brands and channels
A keen interest in TikTok and a willingness to get stuck in
Someone positive, self-starting, and collaborative - who enjoys being part of a busy team
