Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a hugely successful B2C business based in Birmingham, who are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary focus social media channels are: Instagram, TikTok, X, and WhatsApp.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and UK advertising regulations.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (graphics, short-form video, and copy) tailored to each platform.
• Develop and manage a detailed content calendar focused on factual, community-driven messaging.
• Lead and grow a private WhatsApp community, creating exclusive content and encouraging brand advocacy.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across all social platforms, providing timely and professional support.
• Track and analyse the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximise engagement and community growth.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management and content creation, with at least 1 year managing a WhatsApp or similar closed-group community. You’ll be a strategic thinker with excellent copywriting skills and a strong understanding of UK advertising standards, particularly within regulated industries.

In return you will receive a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits and the opportunity to work with a passionate team in a fast-growing, highly regulated industry.
