SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting the day to day running of the key social media channels for our top clients.
Community managing the accounts accordingly.
The support of planning, briefing, execution, and reporting of all social channels on a monthly basis.
Uploading/publishing

content to social channels.
Managing the content creators and influencers for particular clients that require monthly delivery.
Continuously monitoring social channel KPI’s and providing monthly reports and competitor analysis to share with the wider business.
Taking responsibility for key social media planning documents, ensuring these are continuously kept up-to-date and are communicated to key stakeholders within the business.
Increasing engagement rates and achieving a growth follower percentage increase on our clients' social channels per month!
Staying on top of wider trends and continue to refine our social media approach.
Coming up with innovative new content ideas.

A little about you:
A digital native: passionate about social media and know how to connect with consumers.
Have a creative approach to developing and posting engaging content.
Be able to communicate a compelling story; whether that be externally or through our content.
Excellent and accurate written communications skills.
A passion for FMCG brands and connecting those brands on social with consumers.
Experience in cross platform social performance analysis.
A superb sense of humour ;)

 What do I need?
+2-4years of experience running social media accounts for clients across Meta / TikTok and afar!
Experience in creating content for those channels.
Being comfortable managing your workload.
Be a team player, enjoy working with different departments within the business to drive results.
A real ideas person - have the ability to look at the latest trends and create content accordingly.
Have a great attitude to work, you may not have had all of the training and experience yet, but you're keen to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment!
