My client are dynamic and growing UK-based food wholesaler and retailer specialising in South East cuisine. With a strong presence in both B2B and B2C markets, were passionate about bringing authentic flavours and ingredients to our customers. We are looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager to take the lead on our digital presence across multiple brands and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies across several brands (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Design high-quality, engaging graphics, videos, and digital assets for social media, web, and email marketing

Produce and manage our monthly promotional brochure, including layout, design, and coordination with sales/marketing teams

Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and effective storytelling

Capture and edit video content for reels, stories, tutorials, and product features

Analyse and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach

Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and campaigns

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, particularly within the food and South East Asian cuisine space

Manage assets and maintain an organised content library for use across departments

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, tutorials, etc.)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar)

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Highly organised and capable of managing content across multiple brands and platforms simultaneously

A keen eye for detail and visual consistency

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
