ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to Morsia’s Commercial Director, the
Social Media Manager
is responsible for creating, managing, and executing our brand's presence across all social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads.
You will be responsible for all strategic content planning, innovative campaign execution, data-driven reporting and insights that will drive future strategic campaigns, commercial integration and execution of UGC strategies, and proactive community engagement to amplify brand awareness and foster a strong online community. You will ultimately own the planning, management and execution of all activity associated with Morsia’s social media accounts, influencer marketing, content execution and commercial strategy, ensuring all content and activations are aligned with the
Morsia
brand ethos and ensuring you deliver results.
Responsibilities: Design and deliver creative social media strategies aligned with the brand activity, goals and TOV. Create engaging daily content within branding guidelines – Writing, designing and editing content (text, graphics and videos) for the brand. Responsible for the organic social media calendar for the creator’s brand - this includes brainstorming ideas, designing content, posting, and reporting. Assisting with community management across all social media platforms adhering to company SLAs. Self-shoot, gather UGC, upload and edit content in order to maintain the smooth running of the accounts. Drive top line brand awareness and traffic to the brand website, through social content. Work collaboratively with Brand, Marketing, Tech and Product teams to plan and execute social-first content to align with the brand messaging, products and goals. Plan and execute multi-channel social plans with organic growth for Instagram and TikTok. Develop and execute content ideas to stay aligned with trends, viral content, and pop-culture/social media news. Adapt and implement social planning based on findings from the monthly and quarterly reports.
Ideal Skills + Experience: 2+ years experience in making TikTok-specific content Understanding of short-form content and what works Can demonstrate content you have created, and scripts you have written that worked Detailed understanding of TikTok and experience using TikTok Shop Basic editing skills to be able to curate content using social media apps, canva, CapCut or equivalent. Have unique ideas on how to scale Neutonic’s TikTok channel Copywriting skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful hook to using effective storytelling techniques
We would like to meet someone who: Has 2+ year's experience in managing social media channels of brands - everything from ideating, creating and executing. Is passionate about creating social-first, short-form videos to align with our Instagram and TikTok strategy. Has a proven experience with creating content with end-to-end in-app editing for Instagram and TikTok. Has experience creating brilliant social media content for brands - and proven audience growth and more engagement on social media. Has a real interest in social media platform changes and news, committed to exploring how we might maintain a first-move advantage on each channel. Has impeccable organisational skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met. Is an enthusiastic team player with a genuine obsession for social media and creators. Has strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing stats. Has the ability to manage target expectations and report on KPIs. Prides themselves on excellent time management, copywriting skills, and attention to detail.
