As a Social Media Manager at Natural Baby Shower, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and engaging our community.

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for Natural Baby Shower and our two sister brands, Merino Kids and Babiators. Your mission is to create captivating content that aligns with our brand identity, communicates our unique offerings, and engages our target audience. This role offers exciting challenges and abundant opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the social media strategy and content creation for our organic social channels
Ideate, create and schedule engaging posts to boost brand awareness, increase followers, and enhance customer engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, tailoring the content across channels as needed
Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and adapt content to match trends
Collaborate with digital designers when needed to curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Partnerships Executive and Creative Brand Manager to align content with our own campaigns as well as our partner brand’s campaigns and product launches
Report on performance across all channels, providing ideas for optimisation and shaping future strategy
Attend brand events and keep up to date with product features and launches, and create content on the ground

What you'll need to succeed:
2-3 years in a social media manager role
The ability to film/create quick content on the move, e.g. at a brand event
Instagram and TikTok experience a must (should be confident on camera)
Will ideally also have experience in TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
The ability to work efficiently and quickly adapt content to different channels
Exceptional writing skills with an adaptable tone of voice and keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, a positive attitude, and an aptitude for collaboration.
