Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Solution Chapel International located in Crawley. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization's online presence. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, monitor analytics, and interact with the online community. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience in creating and executing social media strategies and campaigns
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Proficiency in social media analytics tools
Ability to generate creative and engaging content
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Knowledge of the religious or non-profit sector is a plus
