Purpose of the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading our social media strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through creating innovative native content. You’ll play a vital role in shaping and nurturing our online community, creating a positive environment that aligns with brand values and resonates with our target audience.

You’re a creative thinker who enjoys crafting compelling social media content and strategies. With a proven track record of creating impactful content for multiple platforms, you’re as comfortable jumping on a Tik Tok trend as you are writing a message for Threads. Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly organised with a natural ability to build a social media community and achieve ambitious targets, you’re ready to build the MONPURE brand globally.

Role and Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive conversions.

Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online environment.

Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives and campaigns.

Influencer Marketing: Support the influencer agency with developing an effective influencer marketing strategy that amplifies our brand message and reaches new audiences.

Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to measure the success of social media initiatives. Use data-driven insights to continually optimise strategies and ensure all social media activity has a clear purpose.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments, integrating new and innovative approaches into our social media efforts.

Preferred Skills
2-3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the luxury beauty, hair care, or personal care industry.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including new and emerging platforms.
Experience building a community on any social platform.
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. As a creative thinker, you’re always coming up with new ideas and jumping on trends.
Able to film, edit and photograph content, and brief others in the team to do the same.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with influencers and/or influencer agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for scalp and hair care products, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.
