Sofa Club are the fastest growing sofa brand in the UK and our team is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our team.

Hybrid Role, Office in Hertford (SG13 7GX)
4 days in HQ, Wednesdays Remote.

Purpose of Role
We’re on the hunt for our next Social Media Manager, we are looking for an experienced, strategic and highly creative social media superstar to lead our social media marketing efforts.

Working to create industry leading strategies, breakthrough creative content and leveraging all social platforms, you will direct all organic social media activities to help engage new and existing customers in ways that ultimately drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will be hands on, creating a lot of the content yourself, you will have the help of an assistant and report into the Head of Marketing. You must be confident in front of a camera and have a wealth of experience growing social channels including your own.

Responsibilities:
Own all organic social channels
Social Media Calendar Management
Create engaging content
Influencer Relationships
Capaign Co-ordination
Performance Reporting
Stay Current with Industry Trends

Expectations:
Proven 3 years experience in social media management,
Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in front of a camera
Strong Personal Brand
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
