Social Media Manager - London

Reporting to the Brand Content Manager, we're looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager from the Hospitality industry who will be responsible for creating, managing, executing and reporting on all social media activities across the PPHE Hotel Group portfolio, and the individual brands and hotels where relevant.

The role will be responsible for the PPHE overarching social strategy, and the management and delivery of all brand level, group channels, whilst also supporting the regional, hotel and R&B marketing teams on their own individual channels for their hotels and/or outlets.

Main duties you’ll have as our Social Media Manager:
Develop and manage social media strategies and performance KPI’s for the PPHE Hotel group brands & portfolio.
Create and manage engaging monthly content calendars
Audit all social channels
Work alongside the Content, Brand, Regional and R&B Marketing teams to coordinate photography and videography shoots
Alongside the wider Marketing team, capture on-brand, social first content
Build relationships and align with the Radisson Hotel Group teams
Alongside the Digital Marketing Team, strategise and manage paid social advertising boosting budget to support targeted campaigns per region, hotel and/or brand.
Engage with influencers, bloggers, and partners to extend digital reach
Foster a strong online community for each brand/property
Protect the brand image by monitoring conversations across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiatives
Monitor social media channels for hospitality trends and discussions
Utilise social analytic tools including Sprinklr
Review and report on monthly paid social advertising performance and provide strategic directive for future campaigns based on learnings.
Manage and oversee third party agencies
