Job DescriptionSocial Media Manager – Hybrid - 3 Days in the office – London Bridge / Orpington£45,000 - £50,000Calling all Social Media Managers who have a passion for interiors and homeware with experience in working on social channels for brands that sit within this sector. A leading high growth company in the retail industry are looking for a talented social media manager who lives and breathes social media – always up to date with the latest Tik Tok trends and social channel updates. As a Social Media Manager within this role you should produce engaging social strategies whilst working closely with their creative team to deliver capturing content.Roles and Responsibilities:Identifying the perfect audience and fine-tuning content across brands to captivate and resonateCraft high-quality, on-brand content in collaboration with design, photography and videographyIdentifying the perfect audience and fine-tuning content across brands to captivate and resonateBuild and maintain relationships with followers by addressing enquiriesUnderstand the difference in both soft metric (reach, engagement, CTR) & hard metrics (quality site traffic, lead volume) & how these can be used to plan & inform strategic decisionsAmplifying our brand, building awareness business growth from vanity metricsTake direction from brand marketers and others to ensure social media content is in tune with brand positioning and campaign objectivesKey / Essential skills:Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindsetA solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting toolsA creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the traditional boxGreat work ethic with desire to learn and innovateExcellent communication and organisation skillsDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAdvanced skills in social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, plus management and tracking platforms like Linktree and HootsuiteAn understanding of social media, including copywriting, photography, image editing, video animations, social media advertising, influencer management, and analysis techniquesMust have experience in setting up, managing and optimising paid campaignsPackage:Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOEHybrid working25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidaysA day off for your birthdayCycle to work schemeBonus Scheme
