Social Media Manager

Job DescriptionThe Opportunity :You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram to begin with. You’ll work closely with our team to build the Flight Fund brand by delivering big creative ideas and impactful, industry first social media content.Main responsibilitiesDevelop and implement industry first organic and paid social media strategies that align with Flight Fund’s overall marketing goalsCreate and publish engaging, industry first organic content on LinkedIn, TikTok, and InstagramMonitor and engage with our social media channels - including comments, messages, and mentions - to build and nurture our communityAnalyse social media performance and play back regular reports to the wider teamStay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to improve our social media presenceDevelop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the Fund’s reachRequirements:Experience as a social media manager or a similar roleExcellent communication skills, with the ability to write and curate engaging copy and content across different social platformsStrong understanding of social media management tools and analytics softwareBasic design skills, with the ability to produce assets for social media using tools like Canva, Figma, or equivalentBasic video editing skills, with the ability to edit content in-app across TikTok and InstagramExperience in creating social media campaigns and measuring their success Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong organisational skills and attention to detailInterest in the venture capital and private equity space is considered a plusAbout Flight Fund:We invest in exceptional founders leading inevitable missions that will bring about a better future.Founded by Steven Bartlett and backed by Europe's top entrepreneurs, we’re driven to make Flight Fund the best performing private equity fund, with a focus on high growth companies that we believe will become the next Unicorns.Some of our recent notable investments include SpaceX, ZOE, Huel, Whoop, Until and more.
