This Midlands-based company sells a huge range of products across the UK and internationally. They’re ideally looking for someone who is completely fashion and social media obsessed, to take the lead on their organic social strategy and lead their fabulous social team.

Description:

In your role as Social Media Manager you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering a social-first strategy which promotes new product launches, supports brand campaigns and shouts about their influencer partnerships. Using your social expertise, you’ll successfully grow each of the brand’s channels, improving visibility and building engaged social media communities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Working with department heads to develop strategies, and taking the lead on all organic social media campaigns
Overseeing content creators and ensuring all social feeds have a diverse range of content
Keeping on top of the latest social trends, as well as platform updates and competitor activity
Working collaboratively with the creative, paid, brand and influencer teams, to ensure social output aligns with wider campaigns
Listening and interacting with the social media community
Managing a social media team, delegating work and ensuring social output meets brand standards and project deadlines

Skills & Experience

In order to be considered for this Social Media Manager role, you must be able to demonstrate:

At least 4 years in social media, with proven experience working for e-commerce brands
A proven track record of success developing organic campaigns across all major platforms
Experience managing the content creation process
Competence using social scheduling and reporting software e.g. Hootuite, Sprout Social etc
Line management experience

Remuneration

In your role as Social Media Manager you’ll receive a salary of up to £40k, along with the following benefits…
