Social Media Manager and Junior Talent Booker

Job Description

Dual role - Junior talent Booker and Social Media Manager
Ideally 2 years' social media management and/or talent agency experience.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Abode Creative Suite etc
Able to manage time effectively and can cope in a fast paced working environment with multiple deadlines.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms and will work within our talent booking team creating and developing relationships with talent and clients.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Manage the Companies social medias presence across platforms.
Create new content.
Compiling and planning each weeks Social Media Posts, Reels and Stories.
Maintaining the companies image and communication with followers by engaging and messaging cohesively to drive growth and traffic.
Will work closely with internal teams to develop engaging content and drive brand awareness.

TALENT BOOKER
Proactive in driving and developing new and existing relationships with talent and clients.
Capable of upselling and thinking out of the box.
Being a source of inspiration by bringing new ideas and concepts to the team.
Sourcing new talent.
Keeping an eye on current trends.
Attending client meetings and fashion events.
