Salt have partnered with a popular online pharmacy based in Germany. They offer a wide range of pharmaceutical products including prescriptions and over-the-counter medicine, as well as supplements and skincare products. My client is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join the team. You'll be working on organic and paid social media tasks across two different brands, that work hand in hand.

The Role:

·Take full ownership of the social media strategy across paid and organic.

·Initially oversee a paid media agency with the view to bring this in-house.

·Plan, schedule and post social media campaigns across multiple social media channels including Instagram, facebook and TikTok.

·Build and nurture a community, creating discussions and buzz around the brand.

·Monitor trends in the social space and implement into brand strategy.

·Manage and build influencer network and initiate partnerships with relevant people and brands.

The Person:

·A degree in Media, Communications, or Business, or other relevant qualification.

·3-5 years experience in social media management

·Some experience in healthcare or pharma would be a plus

·Creative with an analytical and growth mindset.

·Proficiency using Ads/Business Manager and Google Analytics.

·Native or fluency in German, with good English skills.
