You confidently craft both reactive and proactive content, utilising tools like Sprinklr. 

Your curiosity fuels a proactive approach, coupled with a can-do attitude that makes you a standout team player who also thrives independently.  With demonstrated experience in marketing and editorial —especially across  social media marketing—and a solid grasp of social media trends, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table

🗓️ Master Planner: Maintain an up-to-date content calendar across all platforms.

📋 Status Checker: Attend client meetings to ensure content meets expectations.

IT Policy 💻

We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy which means to carry out this work, your PC will need to meet the following requirements:

• Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher.
• i5 8th generation or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
• At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
• Internet speed is 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload is recommended)
• 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
• A Webcam and headset
• Android or iOS device for 2FA
• Chromebook, Linux and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you wanna run a local VM (virtual machine), you need to send us your computer specs and explain how you intend to do this.

Requirements📙

• Solid experience  in content led, social media management, ideally gained at a social, creative or advertising agency
• Experience in paid social as well as organic social is preferred
• Experience working for multi-market clients preferred, but not required 
• Up-to-date and current knowledge of social platforms and social media trends and their offerings
• Wide range of experience using and creating content for TikTok and Instagram
• Solid experience with scheduling tools and insight tools such as Sprinklr
• Passionate, enthusiastic, self-starter  and driven about all things social
