Responsibilities:
⭐️ Be ready to immerse yourself in new learning opportunities and dive into tasks with enthusiasm, demonstrating a willingness to learn and get stuck in. ⭐️ Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative & Design, assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies for both internal and external projects, ensuring we maintain a strong online presence. ⭐️ Utilise your knowledge of social media platforms and trends to contribute to the creation and maintenance of engaging social media content, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. ⭐️ Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in social media marketing, helping to shape the direction of our online campaigns and adapt strategies to reach our target audience effectively. ⭐️ Take initiative on social media projects to enhance our brand's online visibility across various platforms, using creativity to capture audience attention and drive engagement. ⭐️ Play a role in the growth and evolution of our social media marketing team by bringing fresh ideas and proactive problem-solving to the table. ⭐️ Embrace opportunities to expand your skill set by immersing yourself in different aspects of social media marketing, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. ⭐️ Thrive in a collaborative team environment, working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds and enthusiastically embracing new challenges.
Desirable skills:
Basic understanding of design principles to assist in creating visually appealing and engaging social media content.
