Location - Weybridge, with flexibility to travel to UK based shoots and sporadically internationally.

About the Position: We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Social Media Producer to join our team. This position will involve working closely with one of the UK's top female influencers, whose identity will be disclosed following the initial interview stage.
This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for social media and a proven track record of creating engaging content, particularly on platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Understand and apply the nuances of different social media niches to enhance our influencer's audience engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the influencer and creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content strategies.
- Manage content schedules, ensuring timely publication and maximisation of audience reach and engagement.
- Travel to various locations for shoots, and occasionally internationally, to capture compelling content and stories.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and content for optimal performance. Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content production, particularly with Instagram Reels and TikTok, but not limited to, snapchat, reddit, twitter, youtube , discord and many more.
- Strong understanding of the content creation space, including current trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- To work in-person at our Weybridge office, and to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail. Desirable Skills:
- Video editing and graphic design skills are highly advantageous.
