Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Location: Clarendon House, Farnham, Surrey
Hours: Full time, permanent. Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Responsible for enhancing our online presence and engage with audiences through various social media platforms. Developing, creating and sharing content to deliver social-first campaign ideas that promotes our brands, builds brand awareness and generates lead and traffic to our websites.
Content Creation: develop and create relevant content. This includes imagery, videos and infographics, ensuring brand voice and message consistency across all platforms.
Social Media Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company’s marketing objectives. This involves identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), setting up campaign goals, and outlining a content calendar.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and wider teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices. Implement new strategies and tools as necessary to keep the company’s social media presence fresh and effective.
Community Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Building a community around the brand is essential for nurturing customer loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions. Use analytics tools to track social media campaign effectiveness and generate reports that provide insights into user behaviour and preferences.
Communicating results: Presenting campaign performance to stakeholders throughout the company. Monitor and react to metrics and reports to allow senior management to understand activity and react accordingly.
