We seek a highly ambitious Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. Initially, this is a 6-month contract, but there might be an opportunity to extend it or make the role permanent. This role will lead and execute our social media strategy to increase our brand presence, engage our community, and ultimately drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
You’ll constantly experiment with new channels and ideas to see what gets traction. Working with a lean but capable team of creatives, your ideas will pack a big punch. The pace will be fast, and delivery will be critical. Every day will be different, from blue-sky thinking to the nitty-gritty, from creative to deeply analytical.
You’ll work with fantastic colleagues, have many adventures, and learn more about running a business than you thought possible. You’ll report to the Head of Content and work closely with a highly engaged senior management team.

We’ve made flexible working a permanent thing. Right now, the team works from home, but we’re open to what people might need in the future. We hold regular workshops in London; if the team wants to get together in a co-working space, that’s fine, too.
