Social Value Coordinator

We’re partnered with a leading UK construction and infrastructure business on an opportunity to join their Social Value team as an Social Value Coordinator.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing people together and making things happen. You’ll play a key role in driving T-Level engagement across regional teams, connecting with education providers, identifying placement opportunities and helping turn a business-wide commitment into a coordinated, measurable programme.

This isn’t simply an admin role, you’ll have the freedom to get out into the business, build your network, develop processes and guidance, and work with a wide range of stakeholders. For someone looking to build a career across Social Value, Early Careers, Education or wider people-focused initiatives, there’s plenty of scope to grow.

What you'll be doing:

Drive Engagement: Build relationships across regional offices, encouraging greater participation and ownership of T-Level commitments.
Make Opportunities Happen: Proactively identify placement opportunities and connect regional teams with colleges and education providers.
Keep Things Moving: Coordinate activity, maintain forward plans and make sure potential gaps or risks are identified early.
Turn Data Into Insight: Monitor performance, maintain accurate records and produce clear reporting that gives stakeholders visibility of progress.
Raise the Bar: Develop practical guidance, share successful approaches and gather feedback to continuously improve the T-Level experience.

Highly Organised: You’ll be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, regions and priorities while keeping the detail under control.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: You won’t wait for things to happen - you’ll spot opportunities, ask questions and get people moving.
People & Education Focused: Experience across education, work placements, Early Careers, stakeholder engagement or a similar environment would be valuable. T-Level knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
Ready to Grow: We’re looking for someone with curiosity and ambition who could develop their career across Social Value, Early Careers and wider areas of the business.
The role is a mix of home-based and travel to regional offices, projects and education providers across England as required. A car allowance is provided. The role is also subject to BPSS clearance.
